Defective, Damage, or Faulty Item Shipped To The Customer
If in any case, a damaged, faulty, or a defective item is shipped to the customer, Garby Clothing allows the product to be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Items Shipped Don’t Match Your Order Specifications
In case of wrongly shipped items, Garby Clothing accepts returns for all orders placed domestically, if the dispute is raised within 7 days of delivery.
How To file Dispute for Exchange?
Only a dispute filed within 72 hours of receiving an order, which meets the above mentioned conditions, is entertained at Garby Clothing. It can be filed directly by emailing to the company at garbyclothing@gmail.com or by calling at +92317-2073994.
In case of a damaged, defected, or a faulty product shipped to the customer, Garby Clothing requires photographic evidence to uphold its standards of quality and to provide you with simple and hassle-free returns.
Conditions That Annul Disputes For Exchange
While Garby Clothing ensures to provide its customers priority under every condition, certain conditions annul the return and exchange process. These conditions include, but are not limited to:
- Dispute is submitted after 7 days of receiving the order
- Product is used or tags are damaged
- The product is intentionally tampered with
